| We provide a web-based support
service with access to all support information, including issues and defect
tracking, technical support documentations, patch and fix, and version
management. A periodic email newsletter is also published to all customers. In
addition, we provide access to an FTP site for patch and upgrade downloads and
VPN-based remote support for the installation of patches and troubleshooting.
Comprehensive release notes are included in the patch and upgrade packages as
well as detailed installation instructions. |
