Info Office is a web
application developed for the purpose of working alongside the ibs-suite
applications. It is subject to the security rules defined by the ibs SYSTEM
applications: files created will only be accessed by cleared personnel, i.e.,
user whose security level allows access The info Office application contains 3
main parts: info-Word, info-Spread, and info-View. These applications function
in HTML mode: all that is needed for them to function is a web-browser
(Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, …) and a network connection to the
server. All information is saved to the server, allowing access to the desired
information from anywhere in the world without the need to email/share this
whole process is secured by our ibs-SYSTEM application
Unlike other
commercial products such as MS Office, Info Office runs on any platform since
its format is purely HTML and is of any installed software or driver |

| Info Word: |

| Info Word is a word
processing web application with multiple functionalities. The editor is
designed to be lightweight enough to be run on the web (or network), yet
comprises enough functionalities for standard use. |

| The fact that Info
Word is a web-application means that there is no need to install anything
(other than your web browser), and that it is accessible from any location
connected to the network. |
|
| The application
enables advanced text/paragraph manipulation (including features such as
alignment, bullets, numbering, paragraph formatting, word formatting, …)
as well as table/creation/manipulation tools. |
|
| The application allows
for layers to be inserted, each with its own content, and with the ability to
be manipulated independently of other layers, allowing for the overlapping of
text/images/layers, … The application allows - in addition. |
|
| - for
inserting/saving templates: any piece of text may be saved as a template and
inserted on demand anywhere in your paragraph . |
|
| The text inserted
retains the original formatting as well as the content. To cope with advanced
changes, the editor allows for selecting a whole 'chunk' of text, and editing
its style (background, border, dimensions, formatting, paragraph manipulation,
…) on the fly. |

allows the user to insert links and anchors in the same document, as well as

| Info View: |
|
| Info View is an
application developed for the purpose of facilitating the creation of
slideshows, as well as their portability: |
|
| slideshows created may
be accessed from any location that is connected to the network on which the
application was created. |
|
| Info View offers quick
creation of high-quality slideshows in HTML format. Slide design/editing is
done in Info Word. Integrated into the application is an advanced slide
manipulation system: you may drag and drop slides from and to any desired
location to change the order in which they will appear. |

Clicking on any
individual slide will also open it for editing. Also integrated into the
application is a preview functionality that allows the user to preview the
content of a certain slide without having to open it.

modify slides' content seeing the content of different slides. |

| The slideshow
generated consists of HTML pages with controls that allow moving from one page
to the other in addition to responding to keyboard controls. An HTML page may
then be used anywhere. The generated page also contains a 'Go to slide' feature

Spread: |
|
| Info Spread is an
application devoted to working with spreadsheets. It allows for basic data
manipulation and calculations in order to generate the results needed for more
efficient business decision-making. Its advantage over other similarly
functional applications is the fact that it allows for concurrent worldwide
access to files, in addition to the solution to file-sharing problems: no need
to upload files for others to use them. Furthermore, as the security is
provided by ibs SYSTEM, certain columns could be "read-only" to certain user
profiles while perfectly by other profiles. |

| For better integration
into ibs suite applications, all grids in the suite's applications may be
exported to Info Spread, allowing most screen data to be manipulated and
displayed in an easy-to-understand format. For more information about this
