Soft Solutions
applications contain a common dashboard the objective of which is to directly
present the users with the information instead of the latter having to hunt for
the needed information. The dashboard screen consists of a
JSR-168-compliant portal and JSR-168-compliant portlets, which means that any
portal compliant with the standards can harbor Soft Solutions' portlets The
dashboard design is configurable to the user's preferences and
needs. The drag-and-drop functionality provides the user with the flexible
means to work without being limited to tables or locations. The user may also
modify the size to fit the desired design
By default, the portal
contains the alert messages as well as the to-do messages generated by Soft
Solutions' workflow engine. The user may then add any report desired as the
reports are generated from the business model by Soft Solutions' ibs
REPORTING query builder and report designer

| The reports generated by ibs
REPORTING engine now allow for the use of graphs,
making for easier access to the necessary information upon logging in to the
applications. The flexibility of the portal allows adding multiple reports,
each specifying a certain business area movement for the given last period.

| Presenting, and, in a sense, "pushing" the
information to the user allows the latter to gain access to the desired
information in the minimal amount of time for the maximum degree of efficiency.
